Refund/Transfer Policy
Students are required to acknowledge the refund/transfer policy when they enroll for the course online. This is done by selecting on an electronic acknowledge box. If the student is enrolling over the phone or in person, they are verbally read the policy by a staff member and must acknowledge.
Refund/Transfer requests must be sent in writing to (health.institute@falck.com) at least 14 calendar days before the first day of class. If a student is requesting a refund, they will receive the tuition paid, minus a non-refundable administration fee. If the student is requesting a transfer, there is a fee associated. There will be no refunds or transfers granted 13 days or closer to the start date of the course.
Example of request: If the class begins September 23, 2024, the last day to request a refund or transfer will be September 9, 2024.
